丸形コネクタは、堅牢性・嵌合耐久性・環境耐性を重視したコネクタで、産業機器・車載・軍用に広く使われます。
Circular connectors emphasize ruggedness, mating durability, and environmental resistance, widely used in industrial, automotive, and military systems.
多ピン対応・防水防塵設計が可能で、信号・電源混載も容易です。

- 防水・防塵: Oリング、ガスケットでシール設計
Sealing with O-rings and gaskets - 耐振動・耐衝撃: ネジ止め・バヨネットロックで確実な嵌合
Secure mating with screw or bayonet locks - 耐腐食: ニッケル/クロムメッキで耐塩害強化
Nickel/chrome plating for corrosion resistance - 温度範囲: -55〜+125°C 以上の広範囲対応

📝 設計指針 / Design Guidelines
- 必要なピン数・電流容量を基にコネクタシリーズを選択
Select connector series based on pin count and current capacity - EMI/シールド要求がある場合は金属シェル・360°シールドタイプを採用
Use metallic shell with full shielding for EMI-critical designs - 屋外用途ではIP67以上の防水仕様を必須化
Outdoor use requires IP67 or higher waterproofing - 軍用/航空宇宙ではMIL規格適合品を使用
For military/aerospace, use MIL-spec compliant connectors
